I am a Holistic Counsellor that specialises in emotional release and embodied feelings; something we’re not really taught at school. So much of what causes us pain is the deep emotional pain we carry around. Delving into the body, listening and moving the energy sometimes through talking, sometimes through sound and movement can have deep and lasting impact and reconnect you to energy that was being used to suppress your emotions.
I have also studied in Shamanic Practices and, upon request, support people to connect to their unique inner landscape and animal totem medicine.
